ok, everyone, this’ll be a long one, and i’m gonna start from the minor spots first, and work my way up, since that is my spot…but the one that is the least favorable if something goes wrong ok…so here goes:

These people (as there will be usually more then one) are in charge of visiting the new artists galleries and viewing their work and determing if there are lil or big areas in which they may be able to enhance or improve their art. I hope that this is an appreciated service for you new artists out there, for the only way the NAA’s can do this is by their own individual trial and error that they personally have gone through and that you will now have the opportunity to benefit from; so enjoy! This group will also be responsible for the
gallery, and they will have a certain criteria with which to operate from and determine what art will be selected for this gallery, via direction given strictly from the Admin. *There will be a ‘head NAA’ and then assisting NAA’s so as to spread the ‘wealth’ of knowledge and duties.* Currently, our Head New Artist Advocate is =Meckie

The person in this role wil be in charge of searching out the different resources available not only on dA, but on the internet in general, when the opportunity arises that one has found elswhere. This person will make sure that it is made known to all watchers and members via either a journal entry intro’ing the resource, or a news article announcing that such a resource has become available. The person in this roll will be responsible for writing the news articles each month highlighting the NFotM features and submitting them for the club. Also, they will be one of the main individuals responsible for updating the club’s journal to inform the watchers and members of what is going on for club sponsored events and activities. They may also be responsible for being present during NFotM interviews and other chat events to record transcripts of each event for recall. This person will also be included in all main staff meetings regarding club policy with special attention to the club news articles and journaling as well as updating journal CSS layouts. The person in this position is responsible for all submissions to the club; which includes all regular gallery submissions, contest entries, challenge entries, etc. This person will also be included in all main staff meetings regarding club policy with special attention to the club gallery and it’s function. The individual in this position takes care of all notes to the club requesting membership status, and determines which level membership is to be granted based on the note provided and request presented. This person also maintains a current listing of the clubs watchers and membership to be able to update the journals when necessary and aid in the set up of level challenges when needed. This person will also be included in all main staff meetings regarding club policy with special attention to the club membership and any changes needed due to growth within the club. A D M I N I S T R A T O R
The person in this position is one of the most trusted positions on the staff other then the Administrator, as they are the second one under fire if something happens or goes wrong; so this person must be in a position to fully back up the Administrator, in any situation. This person must be able to step in to cover the Administrator when needed; for times such as the admin. must be out of town, sick, or otherwise unable to complete a given task. Also, this person must be able to coordinate coverage for the other staffers positions if the situation should arise, for the same reasons as the covering of the admin. This person should be able to help in solving glitches or minor problems that arise occasionally as well by coming up with solutions and discussing them with the rest of the staff to activate such solutions. This person must be committed to safeguarding the club to ensure the smoothness with which the club operates. This person will share in responsibilities for manning the club’s chatroom, however, it is not required for them to camp out in the chat. the V.Admin. must remain focused on the main purpose of the club from the get-go, which is the New Artists and the promotion of. Also, the administering of events and activities when needed to do so, as a shared duty with the club Admin. And last but not least, to act as a cheerleader for the newer artists that seek help and tips on their art. Currently, our Vice Administrator is [vacant]

In this position, I am responsible for the overall administration of this club. the maintaining of all the other positions and coordinating all of the other tasks aforementioned. When someone is unable to do their duty for one reason or another, it is part of my responsibility to step in and do what I can to help this club run smoothly to ensure that all watchers and members are taken care of the best way that they need. I am here to serve you fine folks; the watchers and members and general viewership that frequent this club to check out what’s goin’ on. If you have suggestions for general club administration, please don’t hesitate to note the club with a subject line of: “Admin.” and I would be more then happy to consider your ideas, as well as get back to regarding it’s activation or no for the club’s general well-being.
