I started the club with some help from a dear friend whom I met on deviantART.com in a chatroom on the site.  Her deviant ID at the time was =Adorabelle, who is a.k.a either one of the following previous devID’s: `Lovely-Demented, ~Stealing-Heaven, and also later on as =Pippa-Cross, and ~Supergrrly; whose real name is Megan E. Day, who lives in Springfield, MO.  When i casually mentioned to her that I was currently thinking of starting a club for New Fractalists instead of just writing a little article about them occasionally for another club that didn’t focus on new artists, she took the initiative and opened a club account for that purpose, and even sprang for a three month subscription initially for the club.  We then gained, not long after that, another three month gift subscription from another artist who generously gifted us the additional three month subscription after that!  I was so excited!  So now, we’ve been in existence for just over three months, and what a whirlwind it has been.

So, I came to deviantART.com first, as a digital-photographer, and then moved into the Fractal world, and haven’t looked back since.  Sure, I still submit photos now and again, but fractals are my main art form right now to submit to the site, it is the one I’m most into currently, alongside making sure that the club stays afloat long enough for it to practically run itself, with the aid of the rest of the more then capable staff I have working with me to ensure the success of each fractal artist that discovers the very addicting art of fractals.  One of the main inspirations for the club, is promotion of the new artist, so they can concentrate on the art, and then once they become more established in the community, they can do more of their own style of promotion, by more then just submitting their art to the site.  The club is simply to give them a leg up on the getting out there and their art being seen by the fractal art community as a whole, and also the rest of the deviantART.com community as well.  If you have any other questions about the club, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email: Melannen_Rhienel@hotmail.com Thanks for viewing.
